Jim was fantastic in helping my 4 kids and I find a home in the Charleston SC area! He knows all the neighborhoods and what to look for on the condition of the homes. He also has connections for anything you could need with the house and checks in on you after the sale to make sure all is well. Jim was awesome with my kids too!
